Click here to see Guest CommentsIf you enjoy birding and bushwalking, while you indulge in a little luxury for yourselves, The Bower offers over 10kms of walking trails passing a sea eagles nest, masked owls roost, several yellow bellied glider feed trees and a Bower Bird run [on the neighbouring property].
The Candlagan walk follows the creek all the way to the estuary where it meets the North Broulee beach.

Driving in at night, I felt the magic of the cycads. Walking into this beautiful retreat, we both grinned & here we are … waiting for our spa – like excited little kids, hiding away in a perfect getaway with the frogs serenading us. The birds are brilliant and if you are patient enough they will even eat out of your hands. Wallabies and Possums emerge at night, while we toasted in front of a log fire. It was all GREAT!
